On Monday morning, Kensington Palace released a new portrait of the Cambridge family enjoying a winter vacation in the French Alps. The photo shows Prince William, Duchess Catherine, Prince George and Princess Charlotte casually posing in the snow at the Courchevel ski resort, in the Les Trois Vallées region.
It was the first time the Cambridges have taken a holiday as a family of four, and Kensington Palace noted that this is also the first time the children have played in snow. What a delight this must have been for them both!
Their parents also enjoyed frolicking in the snow and showed that one is never to old for a snow ball fight!
Princess Charlotte looked adorable in an off-white John Lewis Baby Wadded Snowsuit (£28.00). It features small ears on the hood and a cosy faux fur trim. The front is finished with double breasted buttons which provides easy on and off. The waterproof snowsuit comes complete with detachable mittens.
She wore matching pink accessories and the team at Prince George Pieces were quick to identify the remaining pieces worn by the little Princess. A top her head was the a Cashmere Fair Isle Baby hat by Johnstons of Elgin and on her feet were the Emu Australia Platinum Baby Bootie (AU$54.95) in pink.
Her big brother George was dressed in a navy ensemble consisting of the Mountain Warehouse Cloud All In One Snowsuit, Barts Nylon Mitts and Manbi Boing Snow Boots.
