New Photo to Mark Princess Charlotte's 11th Birthday

Kensington Palace has released a new photograph of Princess Charlotte to mark her 11th birthday today. The image was captured by Matt Porteous during the family’s Easter holiday in Cornwall.

In the photo, the young princess is wearing patch pocket denim jeans with a women's navy and red striped cable-knit sweater by Polo Ralph Lauren.

Kensington Palace later released a short video from Cornwall, featuring Charlotte, to thank the public for their birthday wishes.

Charlotte is seen wearing a pale blue sweater and t-shirt with her navy Mayoral Cotton Jersey Shorts.

The tee is believed to be the 4F Boy's 'Chasing Waves' Print oversize T-shirt in turquoise.

The light blue sweatshirt hoodie appears to be H&M as a few readers have suggested.

The portrait and video were taken on the same day as the photograph released to mark the 15th wedding anniversary of the Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales.

Thanks for the suggestion Lilly! There's a stitch seam on the zip front on Charlotte's jeans that I don't see on any of the H&M patch-pocket jeans. Do you have a link to a particular style you've found that matches Charlotte's jeans?

Thanks for the suggestion. Many of the details do match Charlotte's jeans but I'm not sure Charlotte is tall enough to wear women's length jeans? She's estimated to be just under 5ft tall and these jeans would be several inches too long on her.

That's a good suggestion but unfortunately the seam around the zip-fly doesn't match.
